Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies (site content, offers, A/B testing, etc.) to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and improve customer LTV.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, site content, pricing, and promotions on both Shopify and Amazon stores.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and support campaigns + product launches.
  • Present and execute ideas for leveraging digital real estate in campaigns and new product launches.
  • Work with our external developer to troubleshoot and solve bugs as they arise.
  • Work with SEO agencies/consultants/applications to manage and execute SEO blog and meta field strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Work with our Amazon agency to ensure brand tone, voice, and visuals are upheld across all listings, and that Amazon data is accurate and in compliance with guidelines while maintaining strong listing performance.
  • Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization on the site including site speed, site offers, merchandising, design, and customer experience.
  • Lead the installation and integration of new apps and technologies as needed to drive the business forward, while also ensuring you stay up to date with new releases from Shopify.
  • Monitor and maintain standards around customer privacy and data protection across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, especially within the Shopify ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer goods sectors such as food, beauty, fashion, wellness, etc.
  • Proficiency in the Google Office suite.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify Plus and related apps within its ecosystem (experience with Rebuy, Yotpo, and Lifetimely is a plus).
  • Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SEO and Google Merchant/Manufacturing Center is plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
